Oooooh, noice! We also have a drive up canopy!
Those continue to be the bane of my existence. 😩Hopefully they didn't install those idiotic movable (Montel) walls in the back room.

At my store it's made even worse because a TM is supposed to be able to use a 8-foot ladder to access the aisles. Those continue to be the bane of my existence. 😩
When they remodeled my store they used doors with windows for the coolers and freezers up front.Went a couple days ago, we have curtain fridge and freezer doors in the back
they most likely did. afaik, montel pilots passed with flying colors at TargetHopefully they didn't install those idiotic movable (Montel) walls in the back room.
That's incredible if true.they most likely did. afaik, montel pilots passed with flying colors at Target
Bet there were more complaints when doing the yearly inventory. It's taking alot longer to complete. That's incredible if true.
Target: "The new backroom pilot is working great! We'll be rolling it out to more stores."
TMs: "Did you ask for the opinions of people who have to actually use them?"
Target: "No, why?"
Great point.Bet there were more complaints when doing the yearly inventory. It's taking alot longer to complete.

Ours are everyhere except for those two areas you mentioned. We use the montels for fulfillment/drive up stowing. Works great for that purpose.
I helped a store get caught up in their trailers that had them for backstocking. Utter disaster.

We still have our old 12 foot ones because they were too cheap to buy new ones.
