Hi all,
I'm new to Target and this forum. My experiences working at Target so far have been pretty positive. I actually really like working here. I'm a cashier. I like all the Team Leaders, HR, ETLs at my store too. It's new, multiple levels, and attached to a mall. I went to a mass hiring fair and was pretty shocked I was one of 200 that got hired out of the 1000+ people that showed up. The first few weeks of work were really crazy. The opening was publicized a lot so it was busy and I only asked for 20 hours a week but they were giving me over 30. I brought it up to HR and they brought me back down to 20 (I'm in college and it's my first job ever). Also my Target has a lot of attractive guys working there, especially the ETL, one of the LODs, and the TPS guys 😉 I hope to finish college and then leave Target unless I can learn more about working in HR there or being a part of the TPS crew, especially the undercover one.
