OM Interview follow up

Hello everyone, I recently interviewed for an OM position, if I didn’t get the job will the recruiter just send me an email?

The recruiter wants to schedule a call with me. I’m hoping this means they liked me lol.

I would imagine a denial would either be an email or they’d just ghost you.
