I was asked to go overnight because we will have contractors in the building changing out the otc gondolas for taller ones and my pog lead needed another team member to be overnight with her and I'm fairly open to overnights. The nights the contractors are in are Wednesday and Thursday nights. Now with the overnights in the middle of the week, I'm essentially scheduled from Monday 4/13 to Wednesday 4/22 without a real day off. They're not even giving me a day to adjust after going overnight. I understand from their perspective since the overnight is scheduled as Thursday it looks like Friday is a day off but half the shift is on Friday thats not a day off thats now a day of hell trying to stay awake so i can come back for an early morning shift that Saturday.
That leads me into the next item in the title. Has anyone else's store gone to having the POG team scheduled on Sunday? I mean somehow I'm the only one being singled out and scheduled on Sundays but I am the most senior TM and the only one that is full-time. I do know the my newest/current DTL says it is the way its suppossed to be. I can also imagine that Target realized that there were normal team members that were getting 2 days off in a row and was like f them but i digress. But for personal reasons and obligations i prefer to not be scheduled on Sundays however they keep denying my requests for at least limited availability and that is a separate issue that has been going on since 2018.
