Does anyone know how many hours you get paid for a holiday such as Christmas Day + New Year's Day? When I started last year, I got 8 hours paid but for the past couple of paid holidays, my hours went down. Did something change I was not aware of? I have not changed position, just my hours have fluctuated (still working at least 30-33 hours a week, sometimes more).

Paid holidays are based on your average hours. If you aren't working 40 hours a week consistently (pretty much anyone who isn't a team lead, I guess), then you won't get 8 hours.

If you average 29.5 hours you get paid for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

I got 8 hrs this time but for thanksgiving, I think a little less than 8.
