I'm Lost! Paid vacation

If you are still on the 90 day parol how can you apply for paid vacation. Also how do you fill it out I looked at the application but I don’t know how to fill it out

If you're under ninety days you can't get Paid Vacation. You accrue Vacation hours after working I believe 6 months(or a year not quite sure) at Spot what you can do is request days off.

You earn vacation, have you earned any vacation yet?

You need to be at spot for 6 months & average 19.5 hours a week.
