Perimeter checks

Curious. If you are the opener and do the perimeter check, how do they pay you for it? I was told we were supposed to get paid for 15 minutes for doing it. Just curious how they factor that in to your check

What about closers when they close? Do they suppose to get 15

But how would you even schedule the 15 minute check? Let’s say my shift starts at 3:30AM. No matter what I can’t clock in till 3:30 AM. I always arrive 10 minutes early to do the check and disarm the building etc…so I clock in exactly at 3:30am. Would they just keep fixing my punch to 3:15? 🤷🏻‍♀️Coz if they scheduled it in…my time would be 3:15 but i wouldn’t even be punching in at that time.

Perimeter checks are an extra 15 minutes pay, they don't affect your punches.

The perimeter checks are a pay code that is added onto your schedule and timecard. It's just an extra 15 min of pay.
