Hi,

I'm new to Plano, but not to target and new user name but have been on this site many times, my old info/password ect got lost.

Hoping someone can answer my lame question as I am confused and hoping I have not been setting my aisles wrong for a month. Honestly I'm not sure it matters at all, the product is put away and the aisles are tied correctly, I don't think anyone would question anything about the stupid POGS but I want them right.

When you set an aisle in reverse and the pog says it starts in section (1) do you start your section 1 label strips at the section closest to the main aisle and work towards the back, or does section 1 start at the end of the aisle and work towards the front? I guess I'm confused because so many of this stores aisles seem backwards and inconsistent.
Of course it doesn't help that they have been sending label strips with nothing printed on the reverse side for some sections also, thanks for making my life even more fun target!!

I just transferred to a different store and all I want is to go back to my stockroom!!!

Thanks

At my store, the only aisles that are legit reversed - as in the POG starts at the back of the aisle rather than the front - are in entertainment. Other than that, there are a few aisles in cosmetics where the schematics are reversed in each section but the sections still go from front to back. Not sure about your store though.

Oh yeah. I forgot about entertainment and cosmetics. Even after so many years on the job, cosmetics confuses me.

Me too. At my store, everyone except the cosmetics brand TM avoids cosmetics like the plague. 😀

Setting signing in cosmetics was the bane of my existence and it had the most obnoxious vendors.
They would call in the STL if one sign was missing.

Welcome to The Break Room.
