I have a presentation schedule (BR and PUR) but I don't know what BR and PUR are.

Backroom and purge? Each store has their own shift labels. Ask your leaders.

Battle Royale (last man standing) and The Purge (free-for-all). Basically the same thing but BR usually has an outer boundary that decreases in size as you go.
