Archived Pulls, Returns, and Black Friday

How many stores seriously expected people to do returns on Thanksgiving/Friday? Someone pulled a full cart of toys returns to the boat at 7 PM Thursday as we're all trying to help 20 guests at once and says "this needs to be worked out as soon as you can."

We all just stopped and looked at the person that brought the cart over, then just restarted what we were doing without acknowledging the cart.

I would have told her/him take that cart with them no one is going to work much less look at it for a couple hours. Or better yet they should work it.
