With all the shoe recalls dropping in I've been getting piles of shoes brought back to me and then a few days later the MIR for pull and hold will drop. But those numbers show that the On Hands for each shoe is at 0 even though I have a cart on them sitting in the BR. It will show numbers for some of the shoes, which tend to be the ones that are still sitting out on the Sales Floor that got missed when the LOD pulled them.

Does anyone know why the On Hand numbers are changing to zero for some of the items but not others?

Are they dropping into the audit scan and the TM is zeroing them out because they don't see any?

I don't believe so, our shoes have a location in the my device, but they aren't any tags on the shelves for those locations. But I'm not 100% sure about that.

I don't think there has to be a shelf label for it to drop into the Audit. It could also be SFS zeroing them out so they don't get orders for them (recalled items still come in as orders sometimes).

I wonder, are they purposely dropping them into the Audit to try to catch if any more of the recalled items are out? (Like how Move purposely has you pull from locations it thinks there's an error in so the error will be caught)

Perhaps, I'm not familiar with how Audit works at all. It is just driving me nuts because I have no clue how many of this shoes I'm actually looking for since the count is 0, but at the same time it is good because I don't get dinged for missing items since the count is 0.

First I want to ask you does your mydevice says 0 on hand? Or is it the qa mir saying 0 on hands? Because it’s a double edge sword. Let’s say you get the final disposition to destroy then you have to do it in your pda which will affect your score because your counts are 0 . You could open and close the batch with 0 , however you will have to defect those out . Now think about the amount of money you will be causing the store to lose. If the final disposition would be destroy, and this is what I would do : I would do the qa in the pda and be red for the week then losing money in defectives. And if you asked your Etl log will probably agree on that . To be red a week is far less worse than losing thousands of dollars . Because they are so many f$$$&& shoes:

Any chance its related to the RFID scan? Perhaps they weren't labeled with epic (is what its called?) label or the label itself wasn't 'turned on'
