Requesting Feedback through the workday app

I am kinda curious about knowing more feedback from my TLs but i barely see them when i go in for my shift, I noticed i could request feedback from Tls on the workday app, Has anyone used it and how long did it take for them to get back to you?

Basically nobody in my store/district/group pyramid uses this, at all. There's also a mentorship function there that literally never gets used even though it connects you with peers or leaders above you to mentor you on development.

I honestly would love to utilize it more. My team needs feedback and I don't get to see a lot of them (inbound TL working early mornings). Usually I do this through offstage conversations or monthly check-ins when we also do availability conversations.

At the leadership level it's mostly done face to face or through email.
