What kind of hours have other Receiving TM's been getting? I've been stuck at 32 for a couple of years now.

Ours gets about that in receiving. He gets 40 by doing truck unload for a few hours and building bikes.

30 a week for receiving, then I get a couple hours of flow on weekday trucks. Though that isn't always guaranteed; if there's an extra trailer I probably won't get scheduled and sometimes I don't get any flow hours at all.

My favorite though was the 2 weeks of 40 hours in reverse logistics, only to get told some of that was flow but the ETL-HR had "screwed up."

That sounds familiar. I was scheduled an extra 8 hours on two separate checks and got excited but I'm back to 32 hours on the new schedule. At least I'm still eligible for my benefits though.

What Volume are you guys? I started at 40 then it was 38.75 and now it is 35 but I stay those extra 45 minutes every day right now and still never feel caught up. I am at an A volume Super Target.
