Good. 5%, which is the same I got last year. But this year I feel like I really busted my ass way more than in previous years, and took on a lot of responsibility considering I'm still just a "regular" TM so I think it's deserved this year

There was a post last year with a poll for raise percentages. Wondering if there is one for this year that I missed?
Last years’ was :

FY 2023 Annual Pay and Performance - Team Leaders (PG45).

I have not seen a poll for this year.

If I’m getting paid this coming Friday , I should get my review by Tuesday, right ? Till now no one is even talking about it in our store.

I told the fucking moron TL at the one-on-one at raise time that I didn't need the raise and walked out of the room. Stupid idiot didn't last long. I outlasted him.

Ye old .05% check in raise. Don't know where I'm going to spend it all. Hahahahaha

.05%? Or 5%. The first is really really bad and means you did terrible I'm surprised you're still working there. The second is good the best we can get as team members.
Okay look at it this way if your total is a dollar, 5% is a nickel, and .05% is 1/20 of a penny. Decimals matter

A whole 10 cent raise. Paperwork said .05% based on pay. Can't get a piece of candy or cup o coffee for that. Lol

I got .05% last year because I stepped down and transferred stores and my old store didn't do my review before I left then both my etl and SD left after I brought it up with my hr and hrbp. Never bothered after getting told for a month they would figure it out. This year got 3%. Don't really matter to me i have a new job and am just going to be part time here anyways. Only really staying for health insurance purposes. 15 years at Target and I can't believe how this company has become after seeing what it was
