We have maybe 50-100 RPQ tasks that are never completed in myWork. Used to work in the FS area, I’m familiar with how obscured the quantities can be. PFresh store, so no bakery and deli besides the bakery tables inventory we actually have to thaw. Now for the questions:
  • Are we measured on this being completed/not completed? If so, where can I find this metric.
  • Has any Food directors mentioned anything about this? Do they want us working this into routines?
Hoping that anyone could shed some helpful info or tips.

It just randomly appeared on the zebra one day. As of yet our FBD hasn’t mentioned anything about it nor has there been communication mentioning how to use it. I’ll ask tonight and see what I find out.

A lot of old Food Ave items are in ours, which we don't have anymore...

Same here the LOD came over and was pointing at pizza and cheese and other items , I am like what do you want me to do? You can select items on there and deselect them, there is nothing futher, no submission or “ok” button.

Isn’t that what a QMOS sheet is for to show a paper trail of how many you tossed versus daily sales then I just look at the markout activity to double check if it’s being done? I’ll play more with the function this weekend when I’m actually LOD.

I never marked out boxes of expiring food production product as it was never close to a full case to make it worth marking out.

Hey! So the Rpq does not need to be done (except for food ave which it just replaces the old rpq). Starbucks should be using this along side the pull to thaw to help create better averages for every day and make less waste. My fbd said it’s fine to pull more than what it said (mostly to sandwiches since the pull amount is known to be smaller). To my knowledge there’s no metrics to this. Haven’t seen any along side the order metrics on store reports

We had our FBD in this week, they didn’t mention anything about it but I doubt my store would want another thing to look at or have the team try to pretend they finish.
