Sent to outbound on voluntary overtime

I get sent to outbound on my voluntary overtime day….The lead pisses and bitches at me all day about my productivity.
I didn’t ask to be in outbound it’s not my key or department. They say I need some training…
can I refuse since it’s not my key or department? Wtf…. Will my Om on my key and department give me feedback or make me get
trained?
