SFS cart question

Anyone know how to reset a SFS cart? If someone scans a cart to pick a Standard but doesn't actually start it? Can it be reset?

There is no way any person at the store level can do it, they got rid of the feature

They removed the ability for us to reset carts ourselves around the middle of last year. People were abusing it, mainly to fake metrics. Have to call CSC for anything now.
