Hi everyone! Got hired a month ago as a shoe brand TM... I'm not sure what I was thinking when I accepted that position hahaha.... I need you guys expertize since my TL sucks space balls and everyone runs away fro m my SL ETL!!! And i thank the moon and the stars for TBR! I don't think I'd learn as much on my own!

I... Hate shoes except when the shoe brand tm has been on it consistently. She took a forever long vacation at one point and shoes was godawful. If you ever have a question though, I may be helpful. If not, I can get it out of my shoe brand person. She's super nice and she'll be excited that anyone is taking an interest in her area because everyone avoids it like the plague.
I would kill for a shoe brand tm. Our shoe area is basically Ptm. I had a guest ask me the other day if we had a rumble in there. I tried to explain that Target wants the guest to see the new fall shoes but also shop the clearance. It is embarrassing, IMO.
