Archived Signing : What is this?

It's used with the spider swivel sign hanging system. Need to order on SAP and can't find. It hangs in the spine and the hooks attach to it.

Yeah, I need those too. I couldn't find them on sap either. I have a bunch of the spider clips but no loop thing to hang the hooks.
