Ask(ASK!) a team member to do something then compliment them on a job well done. Ask that milk needs to be refilled and let them know that it looks a lot better being fully stocked. Ask that shoes gets picked up and let the TM know that now guests won't trip over CLR all over the floor. Ask a TM to pick up all the fold out chairs in furniture and return them to their home location...and thank them for it being clutter free. It honestly makes a a difference.

Be consistent with your expectations and direction. If directing a specialty team, talk to the whole team instead of telling one tm the direction and expecting that everyone has heard the same thing if they hear it at all. If your direction is different than what is the "usual" or the "norm" it would be nice to know why it has been changed and whether or not it is a permanent change.
