Slow zebra

Zebras are running extremely slow for the past week to where you have to scan items multiple times before it gives you info. Is there any way to fix this issue?

Same here. It’s extremely frustrating.

It's been happening a lot to me lately, sometimes you have to scan something 5+ times to actually get it to load.

When you scan it the first time it does show up in the recent scans, so it's actually faster (and more consistent) to scan once, press search, press recent scans, and select the top item, than to scan it half a dozen times...

I think some update or other dropped today. Not sure if that has anything to do with anything.

YES IT HAS BEEN SO BAD RECENTLY OMG- echoing what everyone else is saying, it'll get stuck on "searching" unless you scan the item like 2-5 more times

Was working groc & even a cold reboot didn't seem to help sometimes

Same issue at my store as well. We won't find out why, but it's likely that a recent security patch left this as an unintended side effect.
