So I was fired this week

I did the cheese and detergent shit for a long time, it just doesn't require too much critical thinking. A job, nothing more nothing less. Retail will be fully automated in 20 years. Back to drones in Jersey. DOD probably knows what's up. Either they have solid plans and may have already acted or they're just fucking stupid and the agency is so diluted with DEI garbage they just don't care.

Retail will not be fully automated in 20 years. They are scaling back on self-checkout already. And once again you dodge the issue. Insulting people on a retail forum for working in retail when you did the same for a long time per your own statement is rude. But people like you never admit or apologize.
 
Insult? bullshit. I admit it, there wasn't much to it and sometimes we had some good times. Dodge what? Forward thinking, switching gears. Topic is stale. Backtracking, NJ governor is an idiot and dismissing the drone thing. The drone mothership is off the coast of NJ owned by the #1 terrorist country, Iran.

Dude, yes dude, saying that working retail is not a job for reasonably intelligent people is an insult. Saying that's bullshit doesn't make it so. I hope you are including yourself as one of those people who are not reasonably intelligent. Admit you were rude and move on.
 
What the unemployment office told Target after they backtracked and said it was poor job performance though Target told them originally I quit.

"You were fired from TARGET CORPORATION on October XX, 2024 for failure to meet the employer's standard of job performance. Although you received warnings prior to being fired, there is no evidence that your failure to meet the employer's standards was intentional. You are not disqualified for benefits under XXXXX."

The thing is 18 months from now it won't even matter. Target will only verify that I worked there over 9 years if that.
