I saw a video today on Facebook a Target team member filmed a video in the back room. The girl was in uniform don’t know if she was on the clock or not. She was talking her opinion of best and worst positions at Target. My question is do you think making and posting this video is a big no no for Target? Can she get fired? Had she filmed it at home it might have been ok. Thoughts?

Over reaching the bounds of common sense. Don't do it. Home or on the job, NO. Grow up. There may be some legalese latently buried in the hire agreements forbidding such stupid shit such as this.

A few years ago one of the TMs at my store put photos on social media that showed him goofing off in the backroom, and despite management being shown the photos multiple times by multiple people they proceeded to do absolutely nothing about it. The TMs who reported him were upset to say the least, and his TLs weren’t exactly thrilled either. Maybe ASANTS, maybe legal reasons, maybe just go figure…🙄

Time theft is a tough one, potential trademark infringement re. equip (which is not proprietary), inventory layout perhaps. If nothing it's just immature and because it's over the net it warrants a reprimanding.

My first guess was he's some higher up's favorite. That or he's got pictures of the boss with farm animals or something

Yeah, filming something like that on the clock or even in uniform at work is asking for trouble. I’ve seen situations where coworkers shared posts like that, even without bad intentions, and it still caused drama. Management usually doesn’t take kindly to anything that could embarrass or reflect poorly on the company, especially when it’s done in the workplace. It's often in the employee handbook to not do stuff like this, so she might be looking at consequences.

Speaking of tools I've used for work, I sometimes had to deal with tricky audio file types like AU. A good option for converting them conveniently is here Convert AU Files Online for Free – Movavi - https://www.movavi.com/audio-converter/au-converter.html. It’s pretty straightforward, which is refreshing when juggling a lot at once.
