Step progression pay scale

What is the last step for warehouse worker? I’m currently on Step 6 and can’t remember I’f I’m maxed out. If not I’m due for a raise in a month but not quite sure, TIA

I know you using to be able to look at what step you are on via Workday. I think it was under compensation.

Yeah, same at ours. Ops got a decent raise in the middle of 2021, think MTs got their raise in 2022. Nothing since then for step progression TMs.

At least they rolled out the yearly bonus if you are capped out for the whole year and don't get a raise. Though on the other hand, that was probably just a way to get out of giving everyone a small raise each year.
