a friend is sending me pics from her store in the OC which is getting the same remodel. the shocking thing to me is the removal of red, the grey/white continues throughout.

Spot recently switched sushi contractors so it's definitely possible that the old company didn't operate in every single ST.. The new stuff is much better anyway.
