Whats the significance of the Tar,get signage?

Is that "dash" actually a light?

It was sent to me from a friend in Alabama.

If thats the case, that would be awful design, or someone didn't double check a contractors work.

It's the exterior wifi, mostly meant for drive up. Definitely, a bad location for it.

it that's a cover box for something like Wi-Fi, it needs to be red cause that looks re-donkey-lous !! 🤣
