Another Sunday...Another "Hi" and no schedule. Mine hasn't worked for a couple of weeks now from home. I haven't bothered to check it out at work because ours is always available in paper form. Prior to that, I never had a problem since the option first became available. It's a problem especially today because I'm out of town and would like to know when I'm scheduled before I return. The last thing I want to do is run to the store only to find out that I wasn't needed for another day or so. I suppose I'll have to call the store long distance to get somebody to check for me. Ironically, when I reported it to our assistant HR person, she said that she wasn't aware of such an issue and that I was the only team member that had mentioned it to her. But she didn't offer to help, either. Maybe it's me?
