You're considered full-time when, on average, you work 32+ hours a week. If you go to the Request Vacation/PH form in myTime Self Service, at the bottom of the page you'll see your current average hours.

Can I access that from home.

You can't access that part of myTime from home, but you can see your average hours on your latest paycheck on eHR.

You wouldn't trust a single person in your store to answer this question for you..at all....how many hours do you need to be full time....really...

So ehr on the computer can you access it on a smart phone.

There is no full time position in Target. Even team leads can be dropped down to part time....nothing at all guarantees full time hours.

Truth. Especially when hours are tight. Our SrTLs nearly lost all of their LOD shifts this week because we were so tight on hours. The ETLs would have had to have taken their shifts and the SrTLs would have each lost a couple of shifts. They changed their mind at the last minute, though.

SrTLs are the least likely to have their hours cut. That would mean ETLs would actuallly have to do some work

What is the diiference between etl and stl. ? I think we have one etl . She works like a workahic. So does our stl .

I guess pmt is pretty much sr tl, but they seem to be guaranteed 40.

SFT/SBS (refuse to call it PMT) is pretty much the most reliable job. There's always something that needs fixing. Of course Target can screw with it and do something like have two per store giving them less hours each. I doubt they would mess with such a specialized position though.

Your STL is the Store Team Lead, aka the store manager.

Your ETLs are Executive Team Leads, aka assistant store managers.

Your store will have something like 4-8 ETLs, and one STL.

Rarely, some stores will have Senior ETLs.

All STLs, ETLs, and most Senior Team Leads will have shifts as the LOD, or Leader On Duty.

Occasionally (holidays come to mind) there will be two LODs, sometimes one for each floor (for stores on more than one floor).

There are also Team Lead(s) On Duty, which are Team Leads filling-in for LODs and/or supplementing their coverage on the Sales Floor.
