I’ve been on the breakroom site since the first one began around 2005. Was an admin of the first one. That one closed and this one began. I lost touch for several months. Worked at Target 93-2021. I like to help. I also like to remind myself why I left. Lol

I never understood this either. If I ever leave my awesome store, I'll just forever close this browser tab and be done.

To stay on topic, TM's at our store are reporting larger percentage raises for the same ratings they got before.

I know for certain the top 2 tiers are up 0.5%. Can't speak to the bottom since I haven't given any. An improvement, but not recovered to precovid, and still nowhere near enough to keep up with COL. Company base hasn't increased since 2020 and most markets aren't seeing adjustments. BLS says 20% increase since July 2020... wages definitely aren't keeping up.
