Degrees aren't a must in my area. But more and more lately it seems like the person with the degree (internal or external) will get the job over someone without a degree.

And it doesn't really matter what the degree is in.

I would hope so. With all the difficulty in the work force these days I think a degree should be a MUST for any full-time job with benefits.

Degrees are not required at all jobs. i know several folks without degrees & very successful with their own companies. Look at Oprah.
