Team Member Discount Not Working

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone else has had trouble using the member discount with their circle card. I was able to use the barcode in the app to pay for a bottle of water today and both the discount and the card worked. I went to buy a few more things after my shift and it declined for some reason. It’s been doing it on and off where it will only sometimes work. Anyone else experience this?

welcome! When you entered your discount on your circle card. Please use a computer to the 15 numbers for your discount.

Are you trying to buy missed salvage items or something. It will automatically reject your purchase if your tm number is attached to it. Tms cannot purchase missed salvage items.

I know there are some items that you can't use a discount on but I forget which. That's probably why it was declined.
