TL scheduled hours

Does anyone have a Target resource I can reference to make an argument against cutting my hours as a TL? This is my first year/4th quarter with the company and I’m appalled. I understand this is a business and they need to make strategic moves. But it came with no warning (just that they needed to cut, which I presumed was just TM). We also came across budgeting difficulties at my previous employer but no one with a “title” was ever cut. Also, its been seldom I’ve actually scheduled 40 hours at Target. Usually somewhere between 38 which I also find odd. I just want to know if there’s any docs going into guaranteed hours for each pay grade.

Anything over 28 or 30 (can't remember which) scheduled hours is considered full-time. The closest thing to guaranteed hours is whatever you have selected as your desired hours in WorkDay but even with that, you are at the mercy of the person doing the schedule and the payroll hours they are given.

You have to get at least 32. They prob schedule you 38 in case you don’t leave on time cause ot is bad.
It’s completely normal to have hours cut as a team lead in January. They must make payroll for the year which ends this week.
