Truly Effective Mentorship

Good day all. So I had a tm come up to me and asked me for some advice. She’s looking to move up with Spot 🎯. She has asked me how to get her message across to her now current Peers. I’ve advised her that in order to get others to “Buy In” Never 👎🏾 ask anyone to do anything She’s not going to do. Speak 🗣️ to ppl with Respect ✊🏾 and integrity. I’ve only worked with her for a short period of time but she seems to be coming into her own. Besides what I’ve shared with her and given the Wealth of Knowledge on Here, What are some other things that I could share with her to help her a more Well Rounded Leader? As Always I appreciate any Feedback and Comments, Good 👍🏾 or Bad 👎🏾!!!
