Archived UHC coverage for couple's counseling

Hello!
I looked around but I couldn't find a similar thread so I apologize if this topic has already been discussed .
I am thinking of going through couples counseling.
I know Target give 5 free counseling sessions for TMs. To your knowledge can it be applied to couples counseling? Also can you tell me what is the coverage for couples counseling through UHC?

For those who might be interested:
Through this link I was able to chat with an operator. I was informed that my household has 5 free counseling session. I was informed about which profeasionals are available in my area and I was given a referral number to use if and when I decide to umgo theough with the counseling.
Now I am off looking to see if they accept UHC insurance so if I need more help we can keep going.
