Does anyone know what happens with our accrued sick leave and vacation days if we put in our 2 weeks and resign? Are they paid out to us afterwards?

Depending on your state , the sick time will be paid out. Vacation is a a use it or loose it situation.

Vacation will be paid out in certain states. Recall six states that by law require it (mine does), rest you lose it. Not sure about sick.
