There's a deal for $100 off eyeglasses, just curious if anyone is well-versed in this stuff. Only caveat I can see is "Savings applied to lenses only.'

My question is can this be applied with insurance to potentially pay nothing on frames? Been trying to get new frames to avoid wearing contacts all the time, would like to pay as little as possible, though.
