Okay, all you VMLs out there. We have a new VML whom the store doesn't seem to think it's necessary to train. She understands the softlines side but not the hardlines side. So a few questions:
#1 - How do you know which POGs are yours in hardlines?
#2 - Is there a certain section under the Adjacency calendar designated for VMLs?
#3 - Do you have to put in work orders for PMT help when stuff needs to be built?
Any other advice or knowledge you can pass along would be most welcome.
