How do they handle things like Flexible Fulfillment then? By that I mean, positions that require far more hours around the holidays than any other time of the year? Just seasonal hires? We used to have 1 person do it most days, but 3-4 did it near the holidays. The extra people scheduled to do it near the holidays were always people from other workcenters.
No cross-training seems really dumb. Cross-training made it way easier to handle things like shift swapping because people could pick up shifts from multiple workcenters.
