ETL, TSC and all that jazz. My last job had it's share of abbreviations but, they didn't sound anywhere as complicated as Target. Ours were ASM-Assistan Store Manager, SM- Store Manager, DM- Department Manager. Pretty straight forward stuff. Somehow, a manager at Target is an ETL, the HR office is the TSC (I think?) and there are a bunch of other abbreviations the store uses that I don't think I'll ever catch on.
So, can everyone help a total noobie out? Help me improve as a worker so I can talk as smooth as you. Last time I called HR and asked for an ASM, they acted like I was trying to speak military code or something. Ironic that everyone at Target sounds that way to me as well, haha.
