What does FIA mean on my schedule?

It shows FIA on my schedule for everything besides breaks… I’ve never seen this before and I’ve worked here for 2 years

There's a new training due called Fulfillment in Action- my guess is they marked it on your shift so leaders could make sure they made time for you to do it.

If you see any other abbreviations that you don’t recognize just ask leadership at your store for clarification. Sometimes stores make up their own abbreviations for assignments.😁

Speaking of which, for three weeks now I've received Training reminders on this, to make the "Fulfillment in Action Self Acknowledgement 2025 for Service and Engagement". Our TLs, ETLs and HR ETL are all trying to figure out when the actual FIA training is to take place. Payroll hours have somewhat improved this month but my guess is there's just not much time for TMs to be away from their normal assigned duties in order to take a sustained in-depth training.
