I will be working part-time as a sales floor team member soon and i was hoping that you all could explain how the training goes and what I should expect typical days at work to be like. Any advice would also be appreciated. Thank you in advance

You can expect to be a back up cashier for 75% of your shift and the other 25% trying to zone, returns, cafs.... Lol sad but true!

Shear impossibilities

Expect high expectations with no time to finish. Perfect zone but you have to backup cashier every 5 minutes and cover breaks within a 5 1/2 hour shift (they do not want to give you a lunch; takes away from productivity).

straighten stuff, put stuff away, redcards, clean up after the idiots who shop there, redcards, play cashier when the store underschedules front end, redcards, pick up slack in other undwrstaffed departments, and finally, redcards.
