When is open enrollment?

As an overnighter the schedule I work unfortunately I do not run into HR as HR is never in the store on the shifts I work. I was wondering if anyone could help approach this topic for when is open enrollment and how should I apply since I do not get to ever see HR in the building?

In February. It's done on workbench.

I get an email reminder about it. I just use the link in the email to enroll.
