I have never in my 6 years working at Target heard of the schedule on the wall changing. Kronos sucks... I don't tell any of my TM's to go by Kronos.

Leave it to Target to pay, I guess, for a system that many people say is awful.

Wall schedule is law at my store. It’s what is written and posted first. It shouldn’t ever change since it’s printed out. In my store if Kronos and the Wall differ I would never hold a TM accountable for following the wall.

My HR-ETL had to pull out the old copy of the schedule. They changed the wall midweek, while I wasn't working. Oh lord, this store.

My old ETL-GE would always print out a copy after he was done writing his portion and called out anyone for changing it without his permission. Pretty sure you can still check who edited it
