Archived Youngest WIC guest ever?

What irks me about the snap cards are when people use it for food, but in the same order are buying high priced electronics. One guy was telling me about the house sound system he recently had installed.

I know people need the cards at times in their lives, I did, but if you don't need it, don't play the system.

At my store, cashiers can do WIC checks. We just have to read the check carefully and make sure the guest has only what's on the check (they always do). I've had some fairly young guests but no one shockingly young. Of course, to me less than 20 seems kind of young to have a kid.
