Sometimes I wonder if this constant obsession with zoning really has a positive effect on sales? And the whole putting things in the wrong spot to make the aisle look full is so stupid. Most guests don't care whether the aisle looks full or not, they just want to get their shopping done and be on their way.
Honestly, since my old store rolled out op model, pretty much nothing's been truly zoned since March. Touch ups, yes, but only while stocking.
Sometimes the SL areas were a shocking mess of piled up clothes on tables.
Sales were actually still trending up substantially.
