Last I looked the % for raise is 0.5%, 1.5%, and 2.5%. It may have changed. I got 10 cents this year. 10 cents. Even if I got 30 cents it would not be worth the raised blood pressure.

It drives us crazy up front too because they steal people from us for fulfillment and guest services. Lately there's been more and more "stop calling for backup, there's no one to do it" kind of days.

tbh I don't dare bust my ass, I've seen what happens to those who do. they give me the occasional performance conversation but because I show up every day it doesn't really do much

Our store closed at 10pm sharp, the 11 pm TMs weren't allowed to stay either so everyone could get home safe. Everybody was out the door by 10:15 Also yeah. Everyone buying milk. Less bread than I thought
