Grocery OPU Batch Size Change

Did anyone else have their Max DCPI Batch Size for Grocery OPU’s increase from 25 to 30 today? In other words, our batches were mostly 30 DCPI’s and 40 Eaches instead of the previous 25/40.

My store is almost always above 99% on Batches Picked on Time and today we were in the Red. I suspect the change in Batch Sizes was caused a lot of people to miss their times.

I hope this was just a trial and not a permanent change. I don’t see any benefit to pick/pack/stow quality that was drilled into us by the latest Fulfillment in Action training coming from this change if it is made permanent.

They already cut hours for FF because they took away ship from the store. Now they are going to increase the size of the batches? This is insane. I can see certain tms not being able to make their goal times.

The only change I saw in recent communication was they raised the the minimum size of a grocery batch and lowered the minimum size of a GM batch but that the batch would drop in no matter what size at 60 minutes left.
