A leadership change always comes with these process changes . I’m sure there are more changes on the way !

We already started a trial for this process . One of the inbound TM does toys and stuff but the market backstock has to be done by me mostly . We started auditing salesfloor this week and hopefully keep doing it to make this process work . Also we really need to audit backroom as it’s a mess...

Our store is going back to case stock and scanning rdc trucks for push or straight to back stock . I personally don’t like case stock. It makes the backroom aisles ba real fast and not to mention the product counts . It would be harder for the fulfillment guys too .

Not able to backstock either . It says backstocked but if you scan nothing in the location . Cannot search for products . We are just pushing and doing reshop right now .

Worked alright for me.

Ours is attached to a mall . Well the mall is pretty much dead . It’s an enclosed mall and there is a mall entrance right in front of our store .

Pretty organized at our store . People were given tickets and many of them did shopping after the event . They were given free Starbucks sample sized coffee and cookies while waiting in the line outside .

I just saw that in the Black Friday ad . I would love to get one 😂 It’s mostly to attract people and I’m sure there will be a line outside this time 🙄. Last Black Friday was just like any other day .

Our style/beauty team requires to call everything out on walkie . I ve heard people reporting that they are going to backroom to throw the cardboard! On the other hand our department have half of the people including TL not even carrying a walkie !

I have a question regarding the new change in setting Plano . Even though the set requires us to follow steps one by one , as most of us are used to do it in their own ways, many still set the Plano as they want and then just skip through the steps until it’s finished . What would be the future...

Recently our store is doing really good . Everything getting pushed same day, zones done , sales met and above . Main change I saw is more people in each dept , people getting good hours . Hopefully it stays the way it is , although I doubt that after Q4 . But one can only hope .
