Hi all, I've been at Target for roughly seven months. I've heard talk of my ETL's and TL's writing up reviews and stuff and I have no idea what to expect. Would anybody mind explaining when they happen and what I can expect from a review? Coachings, raises, promotions, transferring departments...

I found a bunch of threads on writing reviews or self-reviews as a TL and whatnot, but what can I expect as a TM for review? I assume it's a meeting with a TL or ETL, how long does it take? What do the reviews cover? I've been through many review seasons at my day job, but reviews for retail...

Does anyone know or remember when Team Leads get their review and approximately the paycheck it would show up on?

Having issues with a new team member. Clearly not going to work out. Are 90 Day Review Still a thing? Rarely have to coach anyone. But this situation I really need to or move them along. How many coaching do I need to do to perform a team member out?

Anyone have a working template for the self review? It's difficult for me to get into it because I think it's a waste of time. I have actual work to do.

i was fine with no one getting an o, its the way things work. but ex was easy if you were good at what you do. at least at my stores just about everyone is a 2 unless they suck. 3's are just as rare as o's.
