So June 30th this new benefit goes into effect. Has anyone heard anything more than what was in the press release?

It say up to 4 weeks for a "sick" family member. What does that entail?

I think I read elsewhere on the forum that it's another of those benefits that you have to have a certain average number of hours in order to be eligible.

Starting June 30, Target's new paid family leave policy will offer workers up to four weeks of paid time off to care for a newborn or a sick family member. Starting in autumn, workers at Target stores and distribution centers will receive 20 days of in-center childcare or in-home backup child care or elder care.
